The Process: Longboards

For the traditionalist, this mold shape gives the board a deep camber—a 21 degree curve running the length of the board (on a board 9 inches wide, it dips 7/16 of an inch at the center point). Using this press, we make our longboard shapes, from Pintails and Diamond Tails to Fish and Carver Cruisers. The core material for these boards can be either our proprietary plywood layup, bamboo or a combination of both (for the heavier riders), allowing for plenty of opportunities to customize and create the perfect ride for your feet. The wheelbase is customizable to suit the rider's personal preference and truck style.
